History

How the association came about and which milestones have shaped it.

  1. Autumn 2025

    Idea & set-up

    A circle of entrepreneurs of Turkish origin decides to found its own business association for Hamburg. Over five months the structure is developed: statutes, board, operating model, association office in Mundsburg.

  2. 18 January 2026

    First announcement

    At the New Year's reception of the sister organisation TAB Kiel, the future association is presented to the public for the first time. The planned founding in Hamburg meets with broad interest from business, politics and civil society.

  3. 9 April 2026

    Constituent meeting

    First official meeting in the association's own office in Mundsburg. The board is elected and submitted to the notary. Six sectoral commissions are established: Gastronomy & Tourism, Services & Logistics, Digitalisation, Finance, Start-ups, and Liberal Professions & Academics.

  4. 2026

    Registration & development

    Official registration with the Hamburg register of associations is imminent. Building the membership, the first roundtable cycle and a major presentation event in October 2026 mark the beginning of regular association operations.
