Subhan Özseçilmiş

Attorney and specialist lawyer Subhan Özseçilmiş has worked as a self-employed lawyer in Hamburg since 2008 and founded her own law firm immediately after her admission to the bar. She studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed her legal traineeship in Schleswig-Holstein. Today she advises clients in various areas of law, with a particular focus on international matters relating to Turkey.

As Deputy Chair of the Türkischer Arbeitgeber Bund Hamburg e. V., she contributes her legal expertise directly to the work of the association. For members she is the central point of contact for legal questions relating to corporate management, contract and employment law, as well as cross-border matters between Germany and Turkey, from establishing a branch to international supply chains and family-run business succession.

Alongside her work as a lawyer, Subhan Özseçilmiş has been involved in social and voluntary work in educational and legal associations for many years. Her aim is to make legal knowledge accessible and to support migrant-shaped businesses and succeeding generations in particular with legal certainty.
