Moritz Tim Ebert

Moritz Tim Ebert is a Hamburg-based entrepreneur with many years of experience in the gastronomy and POS sector. After his Abitur in 2012, he completed training as a logistics clerk and studied business administration in parallel. As early as 2014 he founded his first start-up, a nationwide delivery service with a custom-developed dispatcher app that maintained partnerships with established brands in the quick-service restaurant industry.

Today, as managing director of Ebert Ventures Holding GmbH, Moritz Tim Ebert oversees a portfolio with further company holdings in the fields of gastronomy, payment and software solutions. The companies he runs include HANSEATIC POS-CASH, a provider of cloud-based all-in-one point-of-sale solutions founded in 2020 with over 2,500 customers in the DACH region, and rbNext Systems GmbH, operator of the ordering platform restablo.de.

With his ventures, he pursues the goal of sustainably modernising the digital infrastructure of gastronomy and retail and strengthening businesses through fair, partnership-based solutions.
